COLIN KAEPERNICK HAS JUST ANNOUNCED HIS LATEST $100k DONATION TOWARDS HIS MILLION DOLLAR PLEDGE.
He has donated $800k so far to 27 organisations working to fight oppression. He just announced where his latest $100k will go to bring his total donations up to $900k.Four organisations are getting $25k each to help them fight oppression.
1.DREAMS :this organisation inspires youths to recognise their potentials and realize their dreams.
2.UNITED WE DREAM:is the largest immigrant youth led organisation in the nation.
3.COALITION FOR THE HOMELESS:is the oldest organisation helping homeless men,women and children in the US.
4.WAR ON CHILDREN:is a new program coming in 2018 by the gathering for justice.

Colin Rand Kaepernick ,born November 3, 1987 ,is an American football quarterback who is currently a free agent. Kaepernick played collegiate football at theUniversity of Nevada where he was named the Western Athletic Offensive Player of the Year twice and was theMost Valuable Player of the 2008 Humanitarian Bowl. Kaepernick was selected by the San Francisco 49ers in the second round of the 2011 NFL Draft.
In 2016, Kaepernick gained national attention when he began protesting by not standing while the United States national anthem was being performed before the start of games, motivated by what he viewed as the oppression of people of color in the U.S. His actions prompted a wide variety of responses, including additional athletes in the NFL and other U.S. sports leagues protesting the anthem in various ways.
After the 2016 NFL season, Kaepernick opted out of his contract with the 49ers to become a free agent.
He currently remains unsigned by an NFL team.
