CHIEF GREAT OGBORU FELICITATES WITH MUSLIMS, AS THEY CELEBRATE EID EL KABIR.
Chief Ogboru who thanked Allah for yet another season of celebration of the Eid El Kabir, used the opportunity to admonish all Muslims across the country, who have strayed away from the right path, to return back to their God, and maintain the normal Muslim life style. According to Chief Ogboru, "back in those days when we were growing up, Muslims were known and respected for their peace loving attributes, truthfulness and straightforwardness. When a Muslim says yes, it is yes, if he says no, it is no, Muslims were never deceitful or troublesome" He encouraged all Muslims to maintain that reputation built by our Muslim fathers of old.
The People's General also seized the opportunity, to thank the Muslims in Delta State, for their peaceful disposition. " I want to specially thank my Muslim brothers and sisters in Delta State, for their contributions towards the Growth and Development of the State. And for their peaceful coexistence with the Christians in Delta State" he said.
As Muslims all over the world celebrate, The People's General encourages them to see it as a time of sobber reflection, a time to look back and reflect on Nigeria; the past, the present and the future. Chief Ogboru calls on all Muslims to make it a point of duty to pray for Nigeria and to pray particularly for our God sent president, Muhammadu Buhari, whom God has chosen to lead us through these trying times.
Long Live Delta State!
Long Live The Federal Republic of Nigeria!
Long Live President Muhammadu Buhari!
